Making my restaurant script sound way more natural
I've been investing way too much time lately considering about how in order to improve my restaurant script so the staff doesn't sound like software when they greet customers. There will be a very fine line between getting professional and being so scripted that this guest feels like they're talking to an automated phone menu. We've all been to all those places where the particular server comes more than and rattles away a list of specials in a monotone voice, clearly thinking about what they're going to have for dinner later.
